The first thing I noticed when my order from Pop Figures showed up was how solid the packaging felt. The outer box was sturdy, and once I opened it, the figure was wrapped with plenty of protection around it. No dents, no crushed corners, nothing looked rushed or messy. I’m always a little nervous ordering collectibles since they can get damaged so easily, but this arrived in perfect shape. Really happy with the care they put into packing it.

The price is decent, and honestly... the figures feel worth it for what you pay.

I ordered a couple of Pops from Pop Figures they look legit to me. The boxes had the right stickers and all the little details you’d expect, and I didn’t notice any weird paint issues or anything that screamed fake. Shipping wasn’t super quick, but it was fine. I’m giving 4 stars because one of the boxes had a small dent, which was a little disappointing, but the figures themselves seem authentic. Overall I’m happy with them, and I think I made a good call ordering here.

They got back to me quickly, and the tracking updates were easy to follow the whole way. My order showed up without any hassle, so I’m happy with how everything went.

In the end, everything was fixed the same day, which was such a relief. I felt a lot better about ordering from popfigures.com again after that.
I had reached out because I wasn’t sure whether my payment had actually gone through, and their support team got back to me really quickly. They checked my order, explained what had happened, and were genuinely nice about the whole thing.

I ordered a Pop from popfigures.com and, you know, very calmly and not at all anxiously checked the box when it arrived. Thankfully it looked really good, with no dents or crushed corners, which is usually the first thing I worry about.

I preordered a figure from popfigures.com and it did actually show up, so that was the big thing for me. The date moved around a little, but i kind of expected that with a preorder.

They sent updates when there was real news. Not, let me start that again, they weren’t emailing constantly or anything, but when something changed, they did let me know. The packaging was solid too, and the box arrived clean.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the waiting felt a bit unclear at times. Still, they came through in the end, and I’d order from them again

The refund did come through, like I said, but it just took a few days longer than I thought it would. Like I said, everything was handled in the end, just a little slow

Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it, which was nice because I was half expecting something to be missing. I checked it at the kitchen counter while my coffee was still sitting there, and yep, all good. No complaints from me.

I found what I was looking for quickly, which was nice. The pages loaded without any issues and checkout was straightforward enough. If you just want a simple site that doesn’t throw a bunch of pop-ups or distractions at you, this one does the job well.
